Acceptable Use Policy

Draft template — review with qualified counsel before relying on it. This is not legal advice.

HashPay is a non-custodial payment facilitator: funds move directly from buyer to your own wallet, and we never take custody. To keep the network safe we require every business that uses HashPay to follow this policy. You are responsible for the goods, services and content sold through your checkout.

Prohibited businesses and activities

You may not use HashPay for, or to facilitate, any of the following:

How we enforce

Enforcement is reactive: a domain you submit can begin accepting payments immediately while we review it. We may, at any time and at our discretion, reject or suspend a domain, suspend or terminate an account, and refuse to serve checkout for any business we believe violates this policy or applicable law. Because HashPay is non-custodial, suspension stops new checkout but does not let us seize, freeze, or reverse funds — those move directly between buyer and seller.
