What we collect
- Account data — your email (via Google or email/password sign-in), business name, support email, country, and website.
- Configuration — your Sites, domains, receiving wallet addresses, Products, Prices, and webhook endpoints.
- Payment metadata — network, token, amount, payment status, and transaction hashes for payments created through your account. These are public on-chain facts; we do not hold funds or keys.
- Buyer email — only if you enable email collection at checkout, for receipts.
- Technical data — request origin, IP address, and logs used to operate, secure, and rate-limit the service.
How we use it
- To provide payment detection and notifications, and to operate your dashboard.
- To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and prevent abuse, fraud, and sanctions violations.
- To meter usage and bill the prepaid transaction allowance.
- To communicate with you about your account.
What we do not do
We do not custody funds or private keys. We do not sell your personal data. On-chain transactions are inherently public and permanent and are not within our control.
Sharing
We use service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, blockchain RPC providers, and email delivery) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention and your rights
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
