1. What HashPay is

HashPay is a non-custodial stablecoin payment facilitator. We detect on-chain payments and notify your application. Money moves directly from the buyer to a wallet you control. HashPay never holds, custodies, or has access to your funds or private keys, and is not a bank, money transmitter, exchange, or custodian.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and operate a lawful business. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. Publishable keys (pk_) are safe to expose in a browser; secret keys (sk_) must be kept server-side.

3. Acceptable use

Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject or suspend a domain, or suspend or terminate an account, at our discretion — particularly for suspected illegal or restricted activity.

4. Fees

HashPay charges a usage-based fee billed as a prepaid transaction allowance, payable in stablecoin to HashPay. Each Site includes a free allowance; once it is consumed, new checkouts are blocked until you prepay additional capacity. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Payments, settlement, and refunds

Because settlement is on-chain and non-custodial, payments are final once confirmed. HashPay cannot reverse, refund, charge back, or recover any payment. Any refund to a buyer is solely between you and the buyer and must be issued from your own wallet. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices you configure and for any tax obligations.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted detection, specific confirmation times, or that every transfer will be observed. Blockchain networks and third-party RPC providers are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashPay is not liable for lost funds (including funds sent to an incorrect address you configured), missed or delayed detection, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to HashPay in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify HashPay against claims arising from your business, your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using HashPay at any time.
